spearheading the establishment of operations in China, followed by the expansion into
Vietnam, which solidified ModExim's presence in the growing markets of Asia.
Sidhant's strategic foresight helped expand the company's product offerings across various
sectors, including Textiles, Building Materials, Travel Goods, Chemicals, and more. As
Executive Director of Modern India Ltd. since June 2021, he continues to steer the
company towards global success with his deep understanding of international trade and
emerging market dynamics.

Vijay Agarwal, plays a central role in overseeing and leading the company’s international operations across key regions including the Far East, Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, and Africa.
With over 15 years of expertise in equity and stock market trading, along with more than two decades of extensive experience in international trade, Vijay brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His background spans a diverse range of industries, including luggage manufacturing, project management, and outsourcing custom furniture for prestigious five-star hotels, commercial ventures, and private projects. This broad skill set allows him to navigate various sectors with remarkable agility and insight.
Mr. Vijay Agarwal is responsible for ensuring that Gateway Axis adheres to the highest standards of quality and manufacturing, meticulously following the company’s established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
